**Save the Date** October 5, 2011 For a convening on the use of Innovation and Technology in Government At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, France Hosted by The Governments of the French Republic and of the United States of America Join us for a day of in-depth discussions around the use of technology and innovation to adapt diplomatic practice and development work with select leaders from around the globe. This one day working session will feature guest keynotes by high-profile, globally celebrated innovators and structured discussions amongst a small, (under 20) elite network of leaders drawn from the offices of Presidents/Prime Ministers and Foreign Ministers. Our hope is to inspire us as a community to foster creative discussion and debate, encourage new ideas, support the sharing of best practices, and create lasting connections between governments, allowing us to coordinate efforts around timely issues affecting the globe such transitioning democracies in Egypt and Tunisia, stability and security in post conflict zones, or other diplomatic and development challenges.
