Virgin I Ann, As requested, I have put together a preliminary quotation to replace the non- functioning touchscreen on the LSJ SWRO system. Please note that the screen failed due to what I am being told was a high pressure run event that burst three high pressure lines on the system spraying the MC panel with salt water. It is impossible to run the system without the screen , so I cannot say if this is the only issue with the SWRO system, and we may or may not have further issues after we replace the TS and restart the plant. TOUCH SCREEN REPLACEMENT: 1. Siemens 6AV6 643-0CD01-1AX1 Touchscreen panel: Cost: $ 3,348.80 2. Programming costs for new touchscreen: Cost: $ 200.00 3. IT support from Gainesville during installation: Cost: $ 435.00 4. 8 hrs. Labor for USVI Technician to install, start, and service LSJ SWRO system: Cost: $ 800.00 TOTAL COST: $4,783.80 This is a "site specific" repair, and we will need approval and a check for the total amount listed above before proceeding with ordering the touchscreen and programming. PLEASE NOTE: Any additional Labor Costs are billed out at $100.00 per hour. Any other labor not listed above will be charged separately.
