AIRCRAFT LEASE AGREEMENT This Aircraft Lease Agreement ("Lease") is made and entered into as of this day of September, 2011, by and between JEGE INC, a Delaware Corporation ("Lessor") and. ("Lessee"). WHEREAS, Lessor desires to lease and make available to Lessee on a non-exclusive basis an aircraft suitable for use; and WHEREAS, Lessor has available a suitable aircraft which it is willing to lease to Lessee for Lessee's use.
