SCOPE OF WORK :• Disconnect, remove, and dispose of the old 40-ton Carrier chiller from basement mechanical equipment room. 4• Provide, rig and install (1) new additional 30 ton Multistack module to attach to the existing chiller. + Disconnect, remove and dispose of old BAC Cooling towers and remote sump. + Provide, rig and install (2) new 52-ton BAC galvanized cooling towers to roof and pipe into existing condenser water system. + Provide, rig and install (1) new remote sump (galvanized) in basement mechanical room and pipe into existing condenser water system. :• Change filter media on existing sand filter. •3 Provide protection to entrance hall and steps for deliveries. •• All necessary materials and labor to pipe chiller.
