The proposed modification is limited to the following: a). Installation of two (2) mooring buoys with double screw anchor with chains held off the bottom with a large float primarily used when seas are too rough for the vessels to sit at the dock. b). Addition of a covered structure with an area approximately 560 ft.2 at the end of the existing dock to provide arriving and departing passengers with a shaded area to wait. c). Addition of a covered structure on the adjacent land with an area of approximately 200 ie, near the dock with similar construction, to provide an additional area for passengers to await a vessel calling at the dock.
