Assuming lsj price is negotiated to 400k and we save 25 percent of 20,000 monthly lsj bill that is savings of 5k per month and 60k per year. I was told if we cannot use 30 percent federal tax credit they would deduct approx 20 percent off price so assume 320,000 total cost and now payback is 5.25 years. Please advise. Thank you.
