Please find some concert budget attached for different venues in Geneva ( Theatre Du Leman, Batiment Force Motrice, Victoria Hall ). We usually take projects with risk up to 70% brake even, up to 40% projects may no reach brake event, in total margin usually is up to 20% of annual turnover ( more than 10 projects). For the first 2 years it is going to be challenging to become more cost effective, but we have no office expences, lawyer/accountant would cost up to 30,000CHF per year, we will use our Lithuanian company for some projects and services.
