All competent people in there field, but none have worked. The big question is why?? We can produce a list, but will be telling you exactly the same thing, outlining the same issues. You have some great employees on LSJ, but you also have some that need to go as they undermine any management structure in place. We know that is difficult to do but its very necessary for your happiness and the crews.
