The 6th & 3rd floor network names are different to make that clear (and so I can make sure the Apple TV isn't joining the 5th floor Apple router by mistake). That's what's happening with the screenshot he sent. That computer is talking to the floor below, not the eero. The eero tested at 100/12. The eero is the only system that works on 6 to the Apple TV.
