From: "John P. I am particularly concerned about the docking facilities as they may not coincide with the facilities developed by Amy. The Corp Of Engineer's approval will be key in getting them approved. It is my understanding that they will not approve any docking facility in the bay where you have one now. The sketches dated February 2017 of the large house can probably be done as a Minor Permit. The sketches from March 2017 may border on being a Major Permit. We would need to limit how many of the house permits get applied for initially and make sure they are all tied to individual lots if you want to avoid a Major Permit. Each structure on that plan will as a minimum need plans, elevations, and sections in addition to their individual site plans. So, there is a lot of design development that must take place. The plan for the Hammam in the March submission is very different to the large house in the March submission. Should I follow the March submission? JPW From: Jeffrey E.
