Hi Larry, Good morning my friend. Yes we were correct , NO DEAL on the other side. The buyer failed to come up with the money after the L.O.I. was signed. As you know only too well in our business , it is s00000 very easy for anyone to sign an L.O.I. and more times than not , there is little or nothing behind it. Actually I became aware of this last Monday, but rather than to just " rush back into negotiations , I felt it best to just let the dust settle a little bit before reopening any official discussions with them. The last thing you want to look like is being too over anxious. Again , I will reinforce my opinion that the Sparfell group that have been hired to market this aircraft wouldn't know a BBJ buyer if it hit them in the face. This group is very incompetent and has no real experience in selling large aircraft. They have a very fancy website whereby in my opinion borders on fraud because all of their so called experience is fictitious. Again in our industry a brokers only experience at the end of the day is gauged by his past accomplishments and reputation. Can you believe that Sparfell even published an official press release at the EBACE convention that they had actually Sold the BBJ off the ramp at the Static display .Just to pump their fictitious reputation. Anyway , I will give you a call later this morning my time , to provide you with some more verbal comments on what I believe is the next best strategy going forward. All the very best Bob P.
