The cost is very favorable for that structure. Although I don't have my notes handy, this building will cost less than $400,000.00, once you include the cost of the steel structure and exterior roofing and walls. This makes it less than $50.00 per square foot. The higher unit cost for the R.O. & Generator buildings at $76.00 per square foot is a result of the extensive foundation work and the creation of the storage room between the two buildings. We could reduce the cost there by eliminating the storage room and building a retaining wall with a slab on grade to link the two buildings. As before, we recommend Apex Construction be selected for this project. Let me know how to proceed.
