Don't worry about Jonathon coming out there yet, he is schedule into STX, and is actually only scheduling to go to Coral World and Margaritaville to measure their improvements they constructed to do permit compliance inspections. USACE regulatory has been giving him some push back on processing of the dock permits(and on several other non compliances he has settled). I will be talking to him about what needs to be done to get things moving forward again. I know CZM had raised issues on the applications and the temporary ramps. Has there been a resolution? I want to check on what is happening but did not want to stir the pot so to speak if a resolution is in the process. On the cable side we are less than a month away from both the CZM permit and the USACE permit. Amy Claire Dempsey, M.A. President, Bioimpact, Inc. P.O. Box 132 Kingshill EFTA01031349
