I think is due to the Outboard Engine Mount Platform, which is attached to the transom of the Boat, is taking on water. The weight of both the outboards and flooded Engine mount are causing the mid section of the decking and cabin house to flex and surface cracking is occurring. Also the Decking structure under the flooring of the cabin house is failing. Propose the following I. Power wash hull and engines etc 2. Inspect Hull again for any cracking of damage 3. Flood Engine Mount Platform compartment to try find leak. 4. Review position of Engine Mounts as they presently to Low 5. Repair minor fuel leak and review trim and tilts on all engines 6.Take Boat to BVI for Estimate and repair. I will send photo's of Engine Mount Platform and hull etc after it has been power washed.
