Furnace portion of the system has been replace some number years ago, but condenser and lines are original to build. The problem has been to find a Reliable Contractor to perform work. Honeywell proposed using JB Henderson, as they do not do installations. This was declined due to past history.. Air Pro was Personally recommended by Honeywell's Tech, he had work for them for a number of years. Staff Cottage Living-room Bath: Cost $7949.16- Lead time 3 weeks This system is original to build, and is located in the crawl space under the living area of the Staff Cottage Over the past couple of years system has been unable to maintain temperature especially in the winter season. The existing heat strips used for very low temperature have failed, these have been replaced numerous times. The outside condenser, electrical wiring, condenser lines and some ducting all need replacing, At this time Electric Heaters are in place to prevent Freezing Pipes in bathroom, but these will not maintain space temp in January.
