Video showing leaking Supply Line to Garage Heaters from Main Hot Water Supply (HWS) 2. Hole in Supply Line 3. Supply Line 3. Repaired Lines After removing 6 " of concrete and rebar, 4 x I 1/2" supply lines were uncovered. 2 x HWS are connected to the heaters in the garage and 2 x CWS (Cold Water Supply) lines were stubbed out, but not connected. There was on indication of these lines on the Main House Mechanical As Built, blue prints. All lines were stubbed out using Brass Elbows from the 6" HWS and CWS lines to Galvanized pipe and then connecting to Copper supply lines. This type of connection causes Electrolysis and the early deterioration of the the Galvanized pipe. Also the section of pipe that had the hole in it, was not insulated correctly and the back fill around the pipe was full of large rocks. Horizon Mechanical have replaced all HWS lines and CWS stub outs today. HWS and CWS have been turned back on to test both lines for leaks. If no other leaks are found, installation and back fill will be done Wednesday 8th. any concerns please let me know EFTA00998559
