The biggest sensitivity related to financial success is satellite weight. It is game changing if they can be made at something approaching 100kg. Even 200 kg would be game changing. I would want to understand technically how that will be done and which manufacturer will step up to deliver satellites at that weight. If there is no manufacturer willing to say they can do so yet that should be reflected in the valuation. $500 million at what post money valuation? I am assuming the French government will provide finance as part of its jobs program. Wyler has a track record of being able to sell these systems to the big satellite operators. I see that as a likely financial exit. From: jeffrey E.
