Funding the research remains a critical need as more requests for our training continue to arrive from widely diverse organizations. In a month, I am presenting an abstract to an international conference on disaster response at the University of Massachusetts; at the same time, we are developing more outreach with the head of FEMA and Homeland Security in Region 1 (New England) who wants to further apply our methodologies in the field. This makes the data we must collect ever more important and urgent.
