We met nearly 7 years ago when I was partners with David Fromer and was the 18-year old "kid" pitching you on the buyout of Hess. I've done a significant amount of work and have put into practice a systematic strategy to trade multi-asset classes. The foundations of which, I believe have applicability to many areas or your research focus. At the end of the day, its really just signal processing at many levels. Specifically, the self similarity of movement at the next moment, sizing, and correlation among varying assets. I approach the system from the notion that I have a good sense of the macroscopic probability distribution, which I uniquely find to be rather static when measured in the correct context, but implement directional " bets" from a microscopic perspective. This ultimately yields to the winners standing out in multiples of the losers without having to be right over 50% of the time. As someone is studied cellular automata, feed forward neural networks, genetic algorithms, I know the improvements I've made when combined with the above mentioned. Additionally, I've applied the approach to physical systems with success. There's many cross over points here. Would welcome a dialogue. Hope to speak soon. Have a ton of research would love to have a discussion about. Best Regards, Michael J. Fowler Email - - Intl.
