We presented options for a more robust system that required additional power from the aircraft and required a $20k plus converter. This system was about $115k. When you presented car audio into the equation, we designed a system that would sound great and perform efficiently given the aircraft and financial parameters. At this point in our relationship I consider you a friend and since the goal at hand is to try and make you happy, I humbly suggest that we work together on a solution rather than texting flippant remarks that do not provide any measureable insight to the sound quality that you are really after. In order to move forward, I am requesting that you give us some time on Friday when you arrive. We are flexible and can meet you as early and as long as you want in order to identify and agree on a direction that will make you happy. Your thoughts...? ERIC H.
