Some dock drawing clarifications, legal paper work, and then justifications of why. They are concerned due to the amount of impact primarily due to there being 3 sites. We need to choose what battle we want to fight, I would suggest we concede and give up Christmas cove and just go for the barge landing and LSJ side dock.
