But I think it may be better to withhold this and send it later, after we've gotten rid of him. While I take your message as a suggestion that Harry consider attorney Weingarten as a candidate, I see nothing at his firm's web page that indicates that attorney Weingarten (accomplished as he may be as a white collar crime litigator) has the knowledge or necessary experience to serve as trustee of a marital trust established under Massachusetts law. (I would note that a quick perusal of the web indicates that he has represented, among others, the CEO of Goldman Sachs, Roman Polanski and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also that he was on the short list to represent Donald Trump. Very impressive!) Given attorney Weingarten's specialty and client list I'll be interested to hear why he is being proposed as the professional trustee of the Carol S. Chomsky marital trusts. It was great
