You asked me to walk through the property and make a list of things that needed to be addressed. After my walk through of the entire property I created and forwarded a list to you. I was informed by Rich Kahn that you did not want to see what work I need to do. If I am asked to produce a to do list it is my impression it was work that you want me to find that needs to be addressed. Attached is a revised to do list with highlighted areas (in bold with your initials JEE) of what decisions you have to make to move work forward with household items. Also on all of the mechanical work there is a brief explanation of each item or system that needs to be repaired, why it needs to be repaired, and how I plan to address the items. As I explained to Rich Kahn a lot of the equipment in the mechanical equipment room are original to the house and have been running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the past 20 years. Due to my proactive and preventative maintenance approach to these systems I have kept the building running as efficiently as possible with hardly any down time to these systems in the past 17 years. If I do report operational or mechanical deficiencies it is to provide you with the best possible protection and operational efficiencies to your building systems. I hope the report helps you find comfort in knowing that my proactive approach is the best cos
