I just wish I could do the same for Jessica but as of yet, they're not budging. On the other hand, they haven't been able to foreclose. Wanted to touch base with you about a couple matters. A client of mine is a very well connected Chinese national who has just obtained the exclusive right to purchase the ReMax real estate master franchise for all of China, which must be sold only to a Chinese national. She is working with another immigration lawyer/friend of mine on an H5 Visa center for Chinese citizens who want to live in the US but who must invest in real estate here. She feels the opportunity is huge and is looking for someone to loan her $5 million at 8% to be repaid in 5 years. Alternatively, (not her preference but willing to discuss) taking on an equity partner in the deal. Do you know of anyone who might be interested in this type of deal? Also, I'm the president of the board of the Dunbar Center here in Hobe Sound, which is Martin County's only Early Head Start Program. The Republicans in Congress are pushing to do away with Head Start and funding cutbacks are really starting to take a toll on the program here. If you're looking for any year end charitable contributions to make, I'd really appreciate it. Anything you could do would be welcome. Trent Bankruptcy Foreclosur
