She is working with another immigration lawyer/friend of mine on an H5 Visa center for Chinese citizens who want to live in the US but who must invest in real estate here. She feels the opportunity is huge and is looking for someone to loan her $5 million at 8% to be repaid in 5 years. Alternatively, (not her preference but willing to discuss) taking on an equity partner in the deal. Do you know of anyone who might be interested in this type of deal?
