We use wireless HDMI transmitter (approx 1000€), I think it worth it for home theatre, but maybe not for guests bedroom 3. We use B&0 TV with bluray dvd included. Yes it is more expensive than other, but more beautiful too. Everything in one box. Only one remote control. 14000 € / each 40" inches.
