The topics covered were (a) the circumstances under which his late wife, Carol, established her revocable trust, (b) the administration of the resulting marital trusts, and (c) the process of selecting my successor as trustee. Noam specifically instructed me to limit my responses to him and not to copy either you or Deborah Quinan, despite my suggestion that it would be better if we included his counsel in our exchanges.
