I not only did not chose not to be involved but argued for you and the dog to be with me in new york, the fact that as you write ,it is too late is obvious , the fact that like all accidents they have may the same result but have very different causes and degrees to which they could have been prevented, . from negligent, careless , to reckless. done after being warned, and done with total disregard .after being put on notice. car accidents , can be no fault of your own, can be your fault. can be as a result of driving drunk, can be as result of driving with no expeneince, but believeing you can drive , can occur over and over when nothing is learned from the first couple of accidents. i the consequencs in real life are all different for each differenet category. the irresponsbile driver , though warned , that they have no business behind the wheel. looks at the dead people in the other car, and says well there is nothing i can do about it now, its already done. and it is too late to change it. It has nothing to do with you and I can't handle yet another fight about something that is too late to change..
