They are attempting to locate a national business partner that will have offices both in NY and PB so that we can both meet and discuss with them as required (emphasis however, was given to a PB rep if no national one could be located). I've asked that they have someone call us as soon as possible. Just wanted to give you an update. I have not negotiated this down any but just looking online for the model number of the equipment listed puts them about 8-10K more than what you can purchase it direct for. The total is $29453.97. They proposed 40 phones. This is based on the original number that was given to them by David. I believe that there are some on hand to serve as replacements. I'm not sure how many are currently used so I have asked for a copy of the original invoice for the work that was done with the existing system. They quoted $350 per handset if we were to upgrade from the installed 16-button phones to the 32-button phones. Steve mentioned that Sarah had called Bill Marinet and that he would rather have issues with the current phone system addressed rather than purchasing the Panasonic system. Bill is pushing him to get over there to address your concerns as soon as possible. EFTA00882271
