Next step for them: 1. Attaining broker dealer license in this space (enables them to raise $) 2. Get licensed (regional centers) across the US to traffic the deal flow to the available eb5 funds. These guys have a very successful track record in building and exiting businesses. One guy also has law degree. Wealthy Chinese have been dumping money in these eb5 accounts to get their green cards and they typically want real estate plays. There isn't enough deal flow to meet the investment demand and few people know about this still. I stumbled on it as I heard there was several billion in S. American money parked in a Sotuh Florida ebb regional center earmarked for entertainment investment that is still unspent. Ultimately the foreigners are paying to get in the country so if they make money or not off the money wasn't the purpose of the expenditure...they wanted to buy into the U.S.. That said of course its gravy if they see a return one day but ultimately most don't care and don't expect it. EBS's are really about job creation and growth capital for U.S. Private businesses that almost no one knows about. I'm trying to figure out if there is an EB5 regional center in the USVI...if there isn't we need to create one and control the flow of money. St John badly needs some boutique resorts and Coral Bay is ripe for development. St Croix needs to replace all the Hovasa lost jobs and could use some development as well. St Thomas is a lost cause till they clean up the crime. Puerto Rico is also getting hot with hip Americans especially Veiques and the success of the W Hotel there. Bewell KL From: Jeffrey Epstein <
