Their program is based on a minimum of 400 hours per year. Obvious reasons, the 10 year calendar overhaul schedule is based on Corporate Care collecting a minimum amount in the account to cover overhaul expense. cost is $219.00 per engine x 400 hours a year, $175,200.00 annually. I have discussed and explained to Rich Kahn the value this program brings to a GIV, plus benefits of engine repairs, loaner engine and labor to remove and replace the engines are covered. Plus we are covered for engine failure and free loaner engine and covered for repairs, plus AD's. Rolls Royce/Corporate Care will not allow a lower per year engine payment plan, I've attached Corporate Care brochure for your review and to Confirm you want to proceed with this program. I feel it is an asset even we operate less than 400 hours per year on the GIV, since Dennis has paid for half the program already, and our next schedule midlife inspection is 2018. either way if we operated less than 400 hours a year, our expense is still the same overhaul cost, which could range from $800k to SIM per engine, depending on internal findings, over a 10 year full period, we would pay $1,752,000.00 fix cost for overhaul with Corporate Care. Do you agree to continue with this program? thank you, Larry ----Original Message---- From: Cooper, Adrian <ALI.;,..,..C,,evei@RoIls ROyettelli , To: Ivjet <[email protected]> Cc: Sent: Tue, Jun 11, 2013 2:04 pm Subject: RE: Rolls-Royce CorporateCare - GIV 1085 Larry, Per our conversation, please find attached our Cost Compa
