Forwarded message From: Date: Thu, Aug 8, 2013 at 2:58 PM Subject: Fwd: Proposal and scope of work for 301 East 66th Street To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> has sent us the scope of work and her fee proposal and terms and conditions. Attached. I have read through the scope of work for each apartment to see whether I am in agreement regarding how intensively they need to be redone. Just to give you a quick idea. She has proposed a fixed fee of $96 000.000 plus a $5000.00 allowance for reimbursable expenses. She has budgeted within her proposal fee bi-weekly project meetings, presentations and project visits for the duration of the project. A quick overview for you in terms of the intensity of the work: 10 apartments • 3 completely new bathrooms • 2 completely new kitchens • 5 change out just kitchen cabinet doors and pulls • has put 'general painting throughout' for all apartments. They were all painted last year by Michael. EFTA00873038
