The new radios are part of the Ring that Richard discussed with you.. When services get to D mark a pole will need to be installed and ring will be completed. The proposal from HS, Edgewood, didn't make sense, ie when asked if they could provide dedicated services from Sandia Crest, the reply was " I guess so " and when asked for a service provision, none was forwarded.
