I'm so sorry; I must have moved to a different window before sending it. We do ship internationally and I have some violins here that would LOVE to go to Lithuania. I don't think we have any there yet. We would pay the shipping to you, as you might have to pay import taxes (and if you didn't want to keep it, the shipping back). The shipping is very expensive so you shouldn't order an instrument impulsively. We ship by FedEx International Priority for the safety of the instruments and under the terms of returning it, it would have to be shipped back the same way. I only ship internationally at the beginning of each week so that the instrument will get there without having to spend a weekend in a warehouse. If I ship on Monday or Tuesday you would have it by the end of the week. Occasionally clearing customs takes longer than this, but usually not. You can pay by check with a bank check in U.S. Dollars, or you can use VISA, MasterCard or American Express. You can just go on our website and charge the cello. EFTA00851792
