Mapquest says this hotel is 7 minutes away from The Harvest Inn where Brockman is staying. This is a 5* hotel in the Amex program. We would have to cancel by this Friday July 17 to be within the cancellation policy or lose deposit of $3250.86 (2 nights + tax) per a suite.
