Epstein. He did not like any of them. I asked him, whether I can come back and make a sample on the second floor, as he pointed out the color on the floor. I matched the color exactly. Later on, Mr. Epstein chose the sample and I have it confirmed. He told me that he may get rid of one section of the Library, the East Section. The library is a rectangle, and the section he would like to remove is a smaller wall. I said to Mr.. Epstein, that I will reduce the price for restoration. I would like to be fair to Mr. Epstein as well to myself. In all this hurry, hurry life, I forgot to consider materials, which will amount to something like $3,000.43,200.- Still, I would like to reduce the cost to $32,000.- for the full restoration, providing that the East wall is removed and I have nothing to do with it. I would like to hire help as well to remove all loose parts to work at the studio in Tarrytown, so we can extend the work- day, and we can finish faster: probably in 6-7 weeks. I will try my very best to shorten the time of restoration. Please, let me know if this is acceptable with Mr. Epstein and the proximate time to start.
