ORDER ON PLAINTIFF/COUNTER-DEFENDANT JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S REVISED OMNIBUS MOTION IN LIMINE SECTION C (DEROGATORY ADJECTIVES) THIS MATTER came before the Court for hearing on November 29, 2017 (11/29/17 Tr. 143:19-159:24) and December 5, 2017 (12/5/17 Tr. 202:11-203:3), upon Section C (Derogatory Adjectives) of the Revised Omnibus Motion in Limine filed by Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Jeffrey Epstein ("Epstein") [D.E. 1070]. The Court, having reviewed the Motion and the Response filed by Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff Bradley J. Edwards ("Edwards") [D.E. 1089], having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. The Motion is GRANTED as to the use of derogatory adjectives. At trial, Edwards shall refrain from using any derogatory adjectives when referring to or referencing Jeffrey Epstein, including referring to him as a "billionaire pedophile" or "convicted child molester."
