ORDER DENYING IN PART AND RESERVING IN PART ON PLAINTIFF/COUNTER-DEFENDANT JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER AND IN LIMINE OF UNRELATED SETTLEMENTS THIS MATTER coming before the Court on Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Jeffrey Epstein's ("Epstein"), Motion for Protective Order and in Limine of Unrelated Settlements, and the Court having heard argument of counsel on February 28, 2018, and considered Defendant/Counter- Plaintiff Bradley J. Edwards' ("Edwards") Response in Opposition, and being fully advised, it is ORDERED that Epstein's Motion for Protective Order and in Limine is denied as it relates to the three claimants represented by Edwards. Testimony and evidence relating to the settlements paid by Epstein to the three claimants known as in, E.W., and Jane Doe, either in the aggregate or individually, will be admissible. IT IS FURTHER ordered that the Court reserves ruling on Epstein's Motion as it relates to all other tort claimants not directly represented by Edwards pending further argument before the Court.
