This is to develop the current scheme, for just this area, to a Schematic Design level. Once that is done, assuming there are no major changes, we will provide a separate proposal to prepare construction documents and engineering as necessary. This will simply the CD phase, and simply the work of any required consultants. I am working on proposals for conceptual design services the Spa and Guest Cottage, and will send them on Monday.
