Little St James Project Scope Under the scope of this project, Choice Communications (Choice) proposes to provide broadband speed data connectivity between the island of Little St James (LSJ) via Choice facilities at Stalley tower and Red Hook, St Thomas USVI. Choice will provide the customer with broadband Internet service through our switch based wireless transport network and multi-path undersea fiber optic cables from the US Virgin Islands to the United States mainland. Point to Point Interconnectivity Connectivity between LSJ and the customers' Red Hook office will be provided via Choices' licensed redundant microwave transport network.
