I have not negotiated this down any but just looking online for the model number of the equipment listed puts them about 8-10K more than what you can purchase it direct for. The total is $29453.97. They proposed 40 phones. This is based on the original number that was given to them by David. I believe that there are some on hand to serve as replacements. I'm not sure how many are currently used so I have asked for a copy of the original invoice for the work that was done with the existing system. They quoted $350 per handset if we were to upgrade from the installed 16-button phones to the 32-button phones. Steve mentioned that Sarah had called Bill Marinet and that he would rather have issues with the current phone system addressed rather than purchasing the Panasonic system.
