When the real estate agent asks you if you'll be sharing a studio with your husband and children, then you know you just solicited the wrong agent (an Indian or Pakistani). I told the real estate agent that the apt was not in a good area. "Mam, it's a VERY good area!" (with Indian accent). "I see kids playing on the street. You call that a good area???"
