Feeney said he was recently told by some others that Investigator Lavery was out in the area interviewing people concerning Feeney said he had gotten a telephone call from Blair Breen a few weeks ago and was also aware that Lavery was currently attempting to interview Joshua Pinto, Zachary Boyd and had spoken with . He also told Lavery that he was aware through the other manager at the restaurant that Lavery visited recently and that Lavery was inquiring about Brian Feeney was very friendly and receptive to this inquiry and said he does not know what he can offer about .
