They are an old company. The company was started by Butch's father, Joe Hodge. Joe and Butch are originally from Anguilla. I have not heard any negative things about them and they seem to complete all their jobs. Currently, they are working on a mental health annex for the Department of Health. Balbo Construction Principal - Gerald Castor, Sr. 12 BA - 2 Frydendahl Balbo has a really good reputation and completes its jobs. As a matter of disclosure, Balbo is doing work on our house at the moment. The company has done a lot of commercial work and is currently working on the new public library for the Department of Planning and Natural Resources.
