Complete the new financing tomorrow as per present subscription agreements, with the addition of clause 5 below. 2. In a few days we will ask everyone to convert their debenture into equity. 3. This will kick in the $ 4m financing from CIBC with all covenants met, this date is now set for next week completion. 4. We will then have enough votes to call a special shareholders meeting to increase our share capital.( roll back or increase of share capital) 5.
