For our current irrigation work including repairs & new work, we are still using Scott Graf who knows where everything is, which is very important. Hopefully our new landscape supervisor will be able to take over doing much of the small repair work instead of Scott. Landscape Supervisor — we have interviewed 3 people so far; Adam Cook, Matt Mahaffey and Jasper Templeton. Adam is not dependable and wants to run his other company at the same time. Matt would be great but he only wants to commit to 2-3 days/week for 2-3 hours/day and I think we really need someone on site full time. I do agree that Matt is the most knowledgeable and would do the best job. Jasper is a local landscape contractor who was Matt's partner in the retail nursery but he is only interested in doing landscape contracting and is not interested in becoming an employee. He is also very knowledgeable and will be a great help on the vegetable garden. We have asked everyone in the company for recommendations and other contacts that may be interested but so far no luck. We continue to seek the right person. On every trip down I make inquiries. I have made contact with Piers Johnstone, a very good landscape gardener here in Columbus who is British, young, single and very knowledgeable but I just made contact last week. I will talk to him this week and see what his interest is in moving to St. Thomas. He sounds really perfect. I'll let you know. Qrganic Vegetable Garden — the vegetable garden requires the stone walls to be built and currently all wall builders are busy on the master bedroom and office entry area. I talked to Gary and
