There are a number of ways that this can be structured and I met with them last week to discuss. They are of the opinion, as am I, that you guys should structure a deal and approach us with what you know will work for you. They will look at an outright acquisition, minority or majority equity plays, leaseback structures, etc. The have stipulated that the minimum 'buy in' is USD280,000,000 up to the total contract cost which is outlined in the attached document.
