INVESTIGATION SUMMARY The subject was observed over a 2 day period, totaling about 20 hours of onsite surveillance, with the following results: On Thursday April 22, 2010, the investigator conducted surveillance from 700am to 330pm, with the following results. The subject was followed to a law office of Michael Levin which he stayed for about 30 minutes. Then he drove to the law office of Farmer Jaffe and stayed for about 90 minutes. On Tuesday April 27, 2010 The investigator conducted surveillance from 715am to 730pm, with the following results. The subject was followed to a breakfast meeting with Kenneth Jenne II at Lester's Diner that lasted about 1 hour. The subject then went to the law office of Farmer Jaffe and was there from 10am to 615pm and then was followed back home to his residence.
