From: Mark Tollison < To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: RE: Five Palms Date: Mon, 11 Nov 2013 00:07:22 +0000 Importance: Normal To better assist I would like to actually schedule time with you weekly to discuss your priorities for the properties over the phone or in person which could include the status reports for each as well. The lists you provide for what you want done are helpful, but do not always reflect your current priorities. Whatever day you want is fine with me. I have been included in the current project management and vendor approval process for 9 E, Zorro, and LSJ and I have set up weekly calls with Brice and Anna/Daphne for punch list review on Mondays. Rich Kahn is included and reviews before it reaches you final approval. I see the top priorities for this position to provide better support for you and all: 1. Bring each property up to the level it needs to be operationally and service wise. 2. Have each property managed by the people you want. 3. Have each property managed via budgets and punch list/schedules - and manuals/training for creating level of service and your preferences. The stress in management of the properties I observe exists in: 1. Vendor approval process between onsite managers and accounting. 3. Onsite managers keeping up with and reaching the deadlines on the projects.
