We are respectfully proposing to use the Week of Monday, July 27, 2015 for Better Roads to mobilize their equipment and lighter materials, using Big N, for the road prepping, and to begin the actual laying of the asphalt the Week of Monday, August 3, 2015. Big N will be the auxiliary vessel for transportation throughout the work day in the event Better Roads needs an extra load for that day, or if they need to transport additional support equittniont. Better Roads will coordinate with LSJ on transportation needs. In the event that Big N is not available, we will work the extra trips into Boyson's schedule. Presuming that the scope of the project is still the same, Better Roads estimates transporting 75-80 truckloads of asphalt in total for the project. They will need 5-7 truckloads per day. Better Roads has planned a 5 day per week schedule, and will leave Saturdays and Sundays for "rain days". Boyson can move 2-3 trucks per trip. To catch the high tide, Better Roads will be at Red Hook at 6:00 am with all 6 loads. Boyson will take the first group (2-3 trucks), turn right around and deliver the second group, and a third group if needed. Boyson would then come back before the end of the day to return the 6 trucks to STT. Better Roads will reserve the trucks for this job only, so that Boyson does not have to make extra runs to return empty trucks for other jobs on STT. Better Roads is still willing to transport materials and/or supplies back from LSJ on return trips to St. Thomas. The proposed schedule outlined for your review is as follows: EFTA00686054
